Direct Ownership
Through a SPV set up to acquire the farm, you own a portion of the specified real estate asset and the profits thereof. This is unlike a managed funds where you own part of a pool of assets.

Positive Cash Flow Target
​We aim to deliver cash flow that is positive after investors' funding costs through dividends. This is possible as you own part of the business income, rather than rental income typically associated with real estate investment trusts.


Tailored Investment Structure
Typically investors are assigned preferred units in the SPV and have priority to receive payment in case of SPV winding down. For investors this minimises potential losses from SPV's leveraged positions.
Investors may also inject funds as fixed income loans, convertible bonds or other forms of capital. The terms can be mutually discussed accordinly.
Exit Options
Should an investor wishes to liquidate his/her ownership in the SPV:
i. In principle we intend to buy back the units / shares at market value or even at some premium, if it's within our capacity to do so.
ii.The investor may sell freely to a third party, subject to our right of first refusal.

iii. We can assist the investor to find a buyer.

Please note that investors should have an investment horizon of at least 3 years due to the medium-long term nature, although we would still assist if the investor needs to cash out within 3 years.
